Returns, Cancels & Refunds
Returns:
In the event of a product being Dead on Arrival (DOA), damaged, non-functional, or for similar valid reasons, the product will be replaced. If the product is not available in stock, the client may choose to exchange it for different products or receive store credit. A cash refund may also be issued if requested.
Note: Returns are only accepted for stocked inventory by Keebs & Meeks and do not apply to "On Demand Orders."
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
On Demand Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been made.
Reservations on Incoming or Restocking Stock: Reservations for incoming or restocked inventory are cancellable. In such cases, store credit equivalent to the reserved amount will be issued, which will be valid for one year. Cash or bank transfers will not be entertained for these cancellations.
Refunds:
On Demand Orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for defective, non-functional, or damaged products will be issued in cash or via bank transfer only if the same product is not available in stock.
Refunds for reserved orders or product dislike (if valid) will be issued as store credit with a one-year validity
