Returns, Cancels & Refunds
Returns:
In the event of a product being Dead on Arrival (DOA), damaged, non-functional, or for similar valid reasons, the product will be replaced. If the product is not available in stock, the client may choose to exchange it for different products or receive store credit. A cash refund may also be issued if requested.
Note: Returns are only accepted for stocked inventory by Keebs & Meeks and do not apply to "On Demand Orders."
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
On Demand Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been made.
Reservations on Incoming or Restocking Stock: Reservations for incoming or restocked inventory are cancellable. In such cases, store credit equivalent to the reserved amount will be issued, which will be valid for one year. Cash or bank transfers will not be entertained for these cancellations.
Refunds:
On Demand Orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for defective, non-functional, or damaged products will be issued in cash or via bank transfer only if the same product is not available in stock.
Refunds for reserved orders or product dislike (if valid) will be issued as store credit with a one-year validity
Delays:
Deliveries are handled by local Courier companies all over Pakistan. Delays are possible on many factors. Once order is shipped and tracking is shared. Keebs&Meeks is not responsible for delays by Courier Companies.
On-demand orders may experience delays ranging from minor to extended periods, as they are shipped from multiple international locations selected by the client. The process involves several steps, from order placement to delivery in Pakistan. While Keebs&Meeks always strives to use the fastest possible shipping options, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including order processing delays at the retailer, incorrect orders, international customs and security checks (especially in the USA), delays or losses with air/sea cargo partners, local customs and security in Pakistan, holidays, and various global or local disruptions such as political, governmental, or health-related issues.
As these factors are beyond the control of Keebs&Meeks, we are not liable for any delays. Furthermore, Keebs&Meeks is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or compensation due to delays
By placing an order through the website, social media pages, phone calls, WhatsApp, or making a payment via bank transfer, card, or cash, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Keebs&Meeks.
